State Department Federal Credit Union offers many services for our younger members. Whether you are a child or teenager, there is something here for everone. Brass CU: Brass CU is about young adults, money, and how it affects their lives. This magazine provides direct, intellegent, entertaining content to young adults about the money side of life. Scholarship Competition: The State Department Federal Credit Union Annual Scholarship Program was established in 1977, to honor our Credit Union founders and volunteers.
