State Department Federal Credit Union offers many services for our younger members. Whether you are a child or teenager, there is something here for everone. Brass CU: Brass CU is about young adults, money, and how it affects their lives. This magazine provides direct, intellegent, entertaining content to young adults about the money side of life. Popular Puppy Savings Club: We realize it is important to teach children to become regular savers and responsible borrowers now, so they'll be prepared years from now when they are on their own. Our Popular Puppy Savings Club teaches children, ages 5 through 12, the value of money. Scholarship Competition: The State Department Federal Credit Union Annual Scholarship Program was established in 1977, to honor our Credit Union founders and volunteers.
