24-Hour Information Service and Online Account Access
Now you don't have to wait for your monthly credit card statement to get information. Simply logon to SDFCU Online, or call our free Credit Card 24-Hour Information Service any time of the day or night. Just call 703-706-5235 or toll-free (outside the D.C. metro area) 800-296-8882.

Both of these services offer:
  • your current credit card balance;
  • the minimum payment due and due date;
  • a summary of your previous statement including balance, purchases and cash advances, payments and credits, fees and interest paid;
  • the available credit amount; and
  • the date and amount of your purchases, cash advances and incoming charges since your last statement.

You can also pay your bill online. The money for your credit card payment will be deducted from your checking account that is associated with your credit card.

As a cardholder, you can begin using both of these convenient, free information services immediately!

In order to view your credit card account, you must login to SDFCU Online. The first time you login to your credit card account through SDFCU Online, you must follow these instructions:
  1. Log onto SDFCU Online.
  2. Select “Access Other Services” tab.
  3. Select the “Enter” button to continue and a pop-up notice will appear informing you that you are “now leaving SDFCU Online and are being transferred to a trusted partner site, do you wish to continue?” Select [OK] in order to continue.
  4. Another browser window will popup and connect to our SDFCU Credit Card Online System. Note: You will need to turn off your popup blocker.
  5. You should see the “Select Card” screen.
  6. Click on the link “Add Card”.
  7. Enter the 16 digit credit card number. Do not use asterisks (*), hyphens (-), or spaces between numbers.
  8. Click on [Continue] button.
  9. Enter your SSN using this format: XXX-XX-XXXX. Click on [Continue].
