Quikpost

SDFCU provides a convenient, safe way to make deposits from anywhere, anytime. With Quikpost, you can safely deposit up to $1,500 from the convenience of virtually any computer with Internet access. These funds are immediately available in your SDFCU account!

How does Quikpost work?
Quikpost enables you to enter your deposits online via SDFCU Online before providing us with an actual check. You can then mail your checks to SDFCU within 7 days (domestic), and 15 days (international) of your deposit date, while gaining immediate access to your funds.

Do I qualify?
You may qualify for Quikpost if you satisfy all the requirements below:

  • You have been an SDFCU member for one year or longer
  • You have an SDFCU checking account that has been open for 90 days or longer
  • You must have Direct Deposit or Moneyline
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You must be enrolled in SDFCU Online
  • You are a member in good standing with no account warnings
  • You have not had an NSF(Non Sufficient Funds) fee in past two years.
  • You have not had a negative balance in the last six months.

How do I sign up for Quikpost?
Log on to SDFCU Online, if you're eligible go to "Access Other Services". Click the Quikpost logo. You'll be prompted to to click the sign up button.

Where do I mail my checks?
You may immediately mail your check(s) to the following address:

Please write the session number that was provided to you from SDFCU Online on your envelope for fastest processing on your account.

Your check must be received within 7 days (domestic), and 15 days (international) of your deposit. Please use your own envelope and print mailing labels or write the address yourself.

You must mail the checks to this address only. Please do not deposit your check(s) via an ATM or a branch or mail them to other addresses. That could delay your deposit and result in errors to your account.

How many checks can I deposit at once?
You can deposit up to 5 checks in each deposit transaction, however:

  1. You cannot have more than 20 checks outstanding, meaning you deposited them via SDFCU Online but they have not been received and processed by our office.
  2. You cannot exceed your float amount with these and any other outstanding deposits. This float amount is the maximum dollar amount allowed for outstanding deposits and is noted on the screen when you make a deposit.

If you have reached your limit, you will have to wait until some or all of the floating deposits have been received and processed.

Can I increase the amount that I'm allowed to deposit?
Yes*. Please call 1-800-296-8882 and tell your Member Service Representative that you'd like to increase the amount allowed by Quikpost.
